Death from Massive damage DC [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-29-05, 10:30 AM I want to know if this rule is balanced
Here it is
When you threatened a death from massive damage 50 for medium char the DC is (15) as the initial rule. But for each 10 additionnal above 50 the DC raise of 1.
What do you think of it.

most pcs can beat the dc except wiz/sor

And im using a huge adamatine scimitar with improved crit
WIth power attack i threatened a death from massive damage almost every hit.
Ok a power attack of 9

07-30-05, 05:32 PM It's fine. when the rule 1st came out in 2nd Ed I've ignored it as it doesn't work with the D&D definition of "hit points".
