vader42xx 04-23-04, 07:10 AM	When using the aspect of nature wildshape variant do the druid's uses of "elemental wildshape" count as total uses of the wildshape power? For instance, does a 20th level druid get to use wildshape (when using the aspect of nature variant) 9 times per day (6 for the normal uses and 3 that he would have for elemental uses under the normal rules) or just the 6 normal times? If he only gets the 6 times it seems to me that the druid gets a little ripped off by this option (though his wildshape does become more versatile). Any thoughts? Edit: I also just noticed that this variant states the power lasts for only 1 minute per level...is that a typo or is it supposed to reflect the more versatile nature of the power? If that's the case does anybody else think that's quite a huge change from 1 hour per level? The aspect of nature is more versatile for sure but it's not at all more powerful (in fact, it may be slightly less so but that is balanced by the versatility you get). So why the drastic drop in duration?
