Maybe this should go in Epic, but how do bloodlines progress after level 20?

For major bloodlines, since those appear most interesting for Epic play (I used table 1-7 on page 31 to come up with this progression):

Skill Boost: Every 6 levels beyond 19th (25th, 31st, 37th, etc).
Special Ability: Every 2 levels beyond 20th (22nd, 24th, 26th, etc).
Ability Boost: Every 6 levels beyond 15th (21st, 27th, 33rd, etc).
Affinity: Every 6 levels beyond 17th (23rd, 29th, 35th, etc).

As for which Special abilities to grant, look at the creature in question and add the ones that haven't already been granted by the bloodline.

Wouldn't epic bloodlines require the blood of a deity? Assuming you didn't just setup a random and arbitrary extension.

A bloodline is a set of abilities that progress by level, given in exchange for a gradual form of lite level adjustment.

All of the bloodlines are straightforwards. You can scale the ability boost, bloodline affinity, and skill boost to be as epic as you need them to be. The special ability can be replaced by a bonus epic feat from a list.
