Fast Metabolism
You bounce back twice as fast as everyone else, but you take twice the fuel.
Benefit: Heal at twice the normal rate.
Drawback: Eat twice as much as normal, suffer effects of starvation twice as fast as normal.

Easily Distracted (ADD)
"Good eye, Ered... Ered? ... ERED!"
"Sorry! There was a bee buzzing around that tree. What is it?"
"Good eye."
"Oh, thanks."
Benefit: Mild - +2 on spot/listen checks, Moderate - +4 on spot/listen checks, Severe - +6 on spot/listen checks.
Penalty: Mild - -2 on concentration/search checks, Moderate - -4 on concentration/search checks, severe - -6 on concentration/search checks.

Any thoughts? I've been trying to pin down an ADD trait for awhile, same with Fast Metabolism (mainly because have both. :P )

That is fine but you need better names for them. Calling it a disorder is an affect of the real world. To a hunter / gatherer, ADD is a blessing.

ADD = Keen Awareness

What's the rationale behind someone having keen awareness take search penalties ?

It used to be called Attention Deficit Disorder until Cranewings pointed out that it wouldn't be called that. :P Searching requires paying attention to one task... something rather difficult for someone with ADD.
Changed it to "Easily Distracted". XD

Easily Distracted is pretty good. He still makes a good guard until someone slips him a DS (:

Thanks! :P Yeah... now I want to play a mage with the easily distracted trait. It just sounds fun despite the penalties. lol!

Great he went from having ADD to having ED. I don't think thats a better trade off if you know what I mean. :)

We could always call it A Trait That Makes You Very Aware Of Things But Makes You Suck At Concentration On Tasks And Which Is Absolutely Not A Disorder Of Any Kind Whatsoever.
