strenoth 09-16-07, 11:24 AM	yes. A level 2 fighter/level 2 monk is a fourth level character. He would have 2 'any' feats (levels 1 & 3), 3 if human (racial bonus). He would have 2 feats from the fighter selection, but he has to meet the prerequisites. He would have 2 monk bonus feats, but only from the specific selection available as listed in the class. He gets to skip the prerequisites of those specific feats, but ONLY when taken as a bonus feat through the class.
