Larz_Fang 12-03-06, 05:56 AM	What's the actual difference between the standard fighter class and the warrior class presented in the Unearthed Arcana? Other than that warrior just sounds so much cooler than fighter.
theotherdraxen 12-03-06, 08:32 PM	The warrior can spend his bonus feats on whatever he wants (including taking things like rage, so he can go Mighty Rage with Weapon Supremacy all by lvl 20), and he gets to pick actually useful skills.
Archangel62 12-03-06, 09:52 PM	Because of the options listed the warrior can do different types of damage, set their skills to be effective in different scenario types. In essence they can much more versatile with their combat skills and capabilities.
caeruleus 12-07-06, 12:36 AM	Also, the warrior gets to choose which saving throw is good (fighters have to take Fort), and he doesn't automatically get proficiency with heavy armor or tower shields.
