I don't own Unearthed Arcana and I could use some sample Flaws for a new pc I'm making. The srd doesn't have too many. Can anyone help me out?

You are allowed to make you own flaw, but the flaw should have a negative impact on your character equal to what a feat should do, and it has to be approved by your DM. Before anyone can make a custom flaw it would help to know what type of character you want to play.

Here are a few Flaws I created for my Campaing

Monk Flaws
Devotion to Arms: You take great pride in knowing how to use weapons specifically designed for monks. You consider Unarmed strikes beneath you, and have allowed your training to atrophy.
Prerequisite: Proficiency with all Monk weapons.
Effect: You suffer a -4 penalty on all rolls made with Unarmed Strikes, and all weapon not on the Monk’s weapon list (this penalty stacks with the penalty from using weapons you are not proficient with).

Unarmed Devotion: You prefer to face your opponents in hand to hand combat, and consider it to be dishonorable to use weapons.
Effect: You suffer a -4 penalty to hit with anything other then Unarmed Strikes.

Rogue Flaws
Obnoxious: You are unpleasant, repugnant, and pushy.
Effect: You suffer a -4 penalty on all Charisma based checks and gain no benefit from flanking.

Sneak: You only feel comfortable fighting from the shadows.
Prerequisite: Sneak Attack.
Effect: You suffer a -2 penalty on attack rolls made while not performing a Sneak Attack.

Swashbuckler Flaws
Arrogant: You believe you’re opponents are less skilled then they truly are.
Effect: You suffer a -2 penalty on initiative checks and a -2 penalty to Armor Class.

Duelist Pride: You come off as obnoxious and boisterous when dealing with others.
Effect: You suffer a -4 penalty on all Bluff, Diplomacy, and Sense Motive checks.

I am making a Ranger 2 / Monk 2 / Fighter 6 / Agile Fighter 10 (this is a homebrew prc). I am going for a super agile, mobile warrior that is a generalist weapons user. I wield a flail, Guisarme, and fists (composite longbow for ranged).

My flaw feats were going to be Improved Initiative and Quickdraw. The campaign begins at 6th level, I think. Here's my build:

F- Improved Initiative
F- Quickdraw
1- Dodge
H- Mobility
R1- Track, Favored Enemy (???), Wild Empathy
R2- Two-weapon Fighting
3/M1 Combat Expertise, Improved Unarmed Strike, Improved Grapple, Flurry of blows
4/M2 Combat Reflexes, Evasion
5/F1- Spring Attack
6/F2- Improved Trip, Elusive Target*
7- -------
8/F4- Power Attack
9/AF1- Fast Movement, Improved Reaction (+2 init), Cleave
10/AF2- Whirlwind Attack
11/AF3- Uncanny Dodge
12/AF4- Improved Disarm, Powerful Charge*
13/AF5- Improved Evasion
14/AF6- Imp Bull Rush
15/AF7- Improved Uncanny Dodge, Leap Attack*
16/AF8- Shock Trooper*
17/AF9- Enhanced Mobility
18/AF10- Imp. Sunder, Combat Brute*
19/F5- --------
20/F6- Mageslayer*

* The DM has not yet ruled on what books are available. It may be that this is an only core campaign (no completes, no phb2). If so, then I drop the * feats and take Mounted feats and Archery feats: mounted Combat, ride by attack, point blank shot, precise shot, and rapid shot.

I was thinking of a Flaw such as Hunted (by some evil organization) and ????. Quickdraw isn't such a powerful feat that the Flaw should be soo bad but suggestions?

arrogant-You never understand how someone as agile and quick as yourself did not make the first move, and it frustrates you to no end
penalty: You get a -3 to attack every time you don't win initiative against the enemies. A fellow party member going first does not bother you.

proud warrior-There are times when every warrior should worry, but instead of focusing more on a fight when you draw attention to yourself, you believe if they had to bring more enemies then they must be the ones in trouble.
penalty:anytime you are flanked the enemy gets a +4 instead of a +2
