| sindar03-11-04, 08:17 PM | hello I have a could question about the generic classes. 1) Has anyone designed a psionic generic class 2) Has anyone used the generic classes and the regular classes together in the some game. 3) Any tryed to use them as bases for building new basic classes Thanks |

For 2) I think you would find the generic classes are weaker than the regular classes, so I'd just use the class variants from other parts of the book instead or make up my own. As for 3), I think the idea here is that you really only need these 3 generic classes to emulate (more or less) most regular classes. You could, I suppose, split spellcaster into 2 types: arcane and divine. Even further within the new classes: spontaneous vs. prepared spellcasters. -E |
