Using the Generic Class system, how would you include psionics? I was thinking of simply using the Psion, but allowing access to any powers and the ability to choose skills and good saves. Would this work well with Warrior, Expert and Spellcaster?

What if I was using the Spell Point system? This would mean that a Psion has 300+ power points at level 20, while a spellcaster only has 200+. Would this be balanced? (I am using the sorcerer spell point progression for the spellcaster)

You are using the wrong formular for spellcasters...
And why would you make a psionic generic class???

The spellpoint system was designed to be roughly equivalent to 3.0 psionics. So I'd suggest increasing spellpoints by a little.

Why not simply use the Spellcaster generic class and simply say that his powers are psionic in nature? (and use the Spell Point system)
