Gestalt Characters and The FR Librarian [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-11-04, 03:40 AM First thing that came to mind when I read about Gestalt characters was the Wyrmskull Throne adventure and the benefits received from touching The Librarian and how they would affect a Gestalt PC thought it could give a third class instead of the extra experience. Curious what others think.

05-16-04, 07:22 PM I suspect that this would get more responses on the FR section of the boards. Even though I use some stuff from FR, I have no idea what this "Librarian" is, and I believe that I am not alone.

05-16-04, 07:31 PM Thanks, basically elven artifact in Myth Nantar that makes Elven Tel-Kirra that look like Selu-Kirra when you touch it and allows none elves to acquire one without the majority of the negative side effects.

Basic benefits: +5,000 Exp, personal mind blank, +1 to Int and Wis in the next decade and +50% to gained experience ie you earn 100 Exp you gain 150 Exp if you survive standard lore checks based on Int. There's more but that's it in a nutshell.
