Also, how would one go about making a class that covers both sides? Are you talking about making a single class that would be equivalent to a normal gestalt? I see no point, you can already make such a combination with normal classes. You might be able to do this to give a character more powerful single abilities, but that is tricky because gestalt is intended to make more flexible characters, not more powerful ones. |

| ppirilla07-07-07, 10:41 PM | Those questions don't make any sense. Both sides of WHAT? I believe he is looking for a PrC that covers an entire level, taking both "sides" of the Gestalt class combination. UA suggests such a thing, but I've never seen the point, personally. |
| strenoth07-08-07, 12:08 PM | well, I have modified PrCs to do that, when a character wanted to be a True Necromancer for example. The class is normally not recommended for Gestalt because it's a dual progression. So I Upgraded it (full casting both classes, bonus domains, mm, think I improved a save and/or skill points, maybe something else), and let the player take it to cover both sides of the gestalt |
