Would I be able to cast spells from both classes?

I know they're both divine, but one is prepared and one is spontaneous.

If so, what about the spell list? Can I spontaneously cast any spell I know on my prepared side?

Yes, you would be able to cast spells from both classes...

Yes, one is prepared and one is spontaneous. This is very important to note, as...

The spell lists and slots are both seperate. Thus, you can only cast a druid spell in a druid slot, and a favored soul spell in one of those slots. No, you won't be able to spontaneously cast druid spells. No, you won't be able to prepare FS spells (and thus dodge around metamagic bonus time).

Although you cannot normally prepare Favored Soul spells, there is a feat that allows you to prepare Sorcerer or Bard spells to avoid the longer metamagic casting time (Arcane Preparation from FRCS and Tome & Blood). With a little translation, it could be applied to a Divine spontaneous caster as well (but if you were a combination Divine/Arcane spontaneous caster you would probably still have to take the feat separately for each class).
