strenoth 12-23-06, 03:41 PM	There is debate on this, rising from a couple of different issues, and is a comparison of Psionic ssystem vs magic system 1) Normal multiclassing, PP pool together but spell slots are kept seperate 2) in gestalt, we know that spell slots/progression remain seperate. This gives three options for PP: Pool together like normal multiclassing (which is what I personally support) Get only the bigger PP pool (This one is supported by the "only best progression" line in gestalt, but is defeated IMHO by the fact that gestalt is supposed to increase versitility and power, and this rulling would weaking a psionic gestalt instead.) Keep the PP pools seperate as a balance between the 2 above ideas.
Witch 12-23-06, 04:22 PM	I'd say pool them together. Doesn't seem like that much of a balance problem, and it's consistent with normal pooling.
Tyler Do'Urden 12-23-06, 04:33 PM	When you gestalt spellcasting classes, you do the same thing with the spell slots that you would do in conventional multiclassing; each class gets a separate list of spell slots and spells per day/spells known. When you gestalt psionic classes, there's no reason not to do the same thing with their powers that you would do in conventional multiclassing; each class has a separate list of powers known but the power points are pooled.
