Gestalt_Commoner 02-24-04, 01:59 PM	ok ok so if we have to have gestalts now i thought of a great villikan for the pcs. wed take the tarresque right and make him gestalt clerc/wizard/mystic thurge/barbarian so he's like got both spell lists and good melee right? then with the spell point system variant plus ring of wizardy he has a billion points and with recharge his spell points come back really fast right i mean i had to hack the rules because thy didn't give a clear way of supporting spellpoints with recharge but i did it it;s like final fantasy 7 like you get back like 2d10 spell points per round or something so then like the tarresque can really fight back the gestalt characters. whut u thinl?

Gestalt_Commoner 02-24-04, 02:18 PM	o will its hard to gage cr so i just kinda guess. maybe 1 for every variant so like cr 23 or so? i dunno don't use cr usually i just kinda fudge the battles to make them fun and then award like 10 exp per level to the party.

Fighting the Tarrasque at level 5 and actualy expecting to win is just plain wrong. Hoping to win at level 15 is just plain wrong. And finaly: unless the Gods have bestowed some great power upon your PCs or your campain is just completely screwed up it is just plain wrong. P.S. : "Ignorant" does not mean that I am stupid.
