I would think some decent weapon and armor proficiency feats would be in order, as well as a decent BAB, since they're good warriors. I'm not so sure if I want to use either Bonus PP's to scale up or manifester levels, since they already have psi-like abilities that scale up nicely. What would be the ability score gain? I also would think that a +1DC for their psi-like abilities would also be nice, but would it be too powerful?

Additionally, I believe gith paragons have already been done in Untapped Potential: New Horizons in Psionics (http://dreamscarredpress.com/main/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=1&category_id=1&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=29). The book was written, published, and released in response to the crapfest known as Complete Psionic - Untapped Potential is bigger, better, cheaper, and produced by a group of knowledgable players who were tired of psionics getting poor releases on the back burner.
