I believe that Clerics continue to gain access to Domain Spells as they progress via PRCs, so I would think that Domain Wizards would as well. However, I haven't read anything definitive and was wondering about this scenario. How exactly do spell casting progressing PRCs affect the Domain Wizard spells?

I'd argue that they affect domain wizard spells in the intuitive manner: spellcasting progresses normally, and therefore so do any domains the wizard has.
