Are there any (house) rules for putting the creation of Incantations into the hands of the PCs ala epic spell creation? I'm running a game where I'd like to do this for varying setting reasons. I imagine a gateway feat and specifying development costs. I especially like the idea of "meditations" being used by a monk for temporary bonuses and possibly even a gradual transition to an enlightened state of higher being. NPCs will use Incantations a great deal for making structures and magic items. (I'm doing this so that I can have a high magic world without high level mages running around everywhere)
