DiniUra 06-05-04, 07:50 AM	I've searched the boards, and have yet to see anyone mention this, so I must ask... Am I the only one who has noticed the humor in the illustration on page 172? It depicts two Orcs cowering before a Halfling who wields a "uniquely" styled short-sword that radiates blue light. Does anyone else note the rather strong resemblence to certain item, in a recent movie trilogy, based on a rather well-known series of books?
Elzaban the Ethereal 06-05-04, 08:18 AM	Yes, of course! It does look like Harry Potter's sword, and-- oh, you mean Sting. Yes, I noticed that too... Course, said Halfling is far from a Hobbit, said Orcs aren't as ugly as the LotR Orcs that I've seen, and of course, the line that runs up the blade isn't "wavy" like that of Sting. But overall, yeah, incredible resemblence to Frodo, Sting and Orcs.
