03-12-06, 04:38 PM It's 3.5, but you could probably use anything in it in a 3.0 campaign. In fact, most books work that way.

03-12-06, 08:30 PM Off the top of my head, I don't think there's anything in the book that affects any of the rules that changed between 3.0 and 3.5: thus, it could be said to be both. If there is anything specifically meant to affect 3.0 or 3.5, though, it should be very easy to port back and forth.
