These feats, the first out of Dragon Magazine and the other out of Champions of Valor, change the stat for setting the saving throws for stunning fist and the AC bonus from Wisdom to Intelligence. Would it be overpowering to house rule the feat for a ninja class out of the Complete Adventurer?

I do not think that it would be overpowering. In my opinion the Ninja is not that powerful of a class to start with, and giving it the option of being int based simply turns it into a viable skill monkey. If the party has a skill monkey already then that player may loose some of the spotlight to the Ninja but this seems like it was going to happen anyway.

... I agree, actually. Usually I can think of a million-zillion reasons not to change something, but that fits thematically, logically, and mechanically.

Good feat.

Or play a ninja from Rokugan Campaign Setting and take the Ninja Spy prestige class.... Less feats to burn.

[And full BAB and nice Int-based class abilities in the RCS Ninja.]

Stunning fist saving throw feat for a ninja might be
a little more like dimension door, if that ninja had a
buddy willing to knock him "into next week."

ION, Monk Foot is another insidious killer.
