| drunkenmonkey03-17-04, 10:43 PM | I'm currently creating a battle arena/tournament in my campaign (using a lot of unearthed rules) and i've come across one dilemma. The thing is that this tournament is meant to be a form of one-on-one fighting so i'm unsure as to whether i should allow familiars and animal companions into the frey. So i'm wondering if any of you have any ideas about what i should do to try and make it fair for all participants. thanks in advance. |

Do you mean just one on one fighting or just fighting in general? :fight!:There are many, many variants one the straight 1vs1 battle. I'll list some if you want me to.... As for other things, there's wrestling, obstacle courses (mundane and the über trapped for the party rogue), flashiest/coolest/most efficent ect. spell contest, singing/storytelling for the bard, and a couple others that have slipped my mind at this moment. hope that helps, morac |
