| Eclipse Lutgehr04-14-05, 12:09 PM | This is just something I'm using in my homebrew, but I'd like a few thoughts on it if anyone is willing. Is it overpowered, etc.? Unyielding Construct Developed by a small sect of Warforged monks, the Way of The Unyielding Construct teaches one how to bolster your own defense to the point where you can ignore most forms of damage altogether at the expense of offense. It has been known for the monks of this sect to simply stand still while their enemis tire themselves out with ineffective attacks. 1st-Level Skill Bonus: Autohypnosis 1st-Level Feat: Toughness 2nd-Level Feat: Diehard 6th-Level Feat: Improved Fortification 6th-Level Ability: When using the Full Defense action, you gain Damage Reduction 5/- as well as Energy Resistance 5 (Any One Type chosen at the beginning of your Total Defense Action. This may be changed at the beginning of any turn as a free action). Prerequisites: Autohypnosis 4 ranks, Concentration 9 ranks, Living Construct Subtype. |
