Ok, here goes.

Alignment ranges from 100 to 0.
Kotor style.

50 being neutral. A kind act (but very miniscule) would add 1 or 2. Giving someone who's indedted to a crime lord 100 gp to pay off his loan, 4-6.
Doing something stupid, like jumping in the way of a disintergrate spell to save a random commener 7-10.

Likewise you lose AP (Alignment Points) for things like, flaming 1-2, threatening someone for 3 gp, 4-6, using the half-dragon template, 7-10!

maybe 60+ your good aligned for purpose of spells and such.

-40 evil. (EDIT: 40, not -40...)

If it goes from 0 to 100, how can you get -40? Or was that suppose to be 40-?

Sorry, make that 40.

This way Paladins could do a couple of evil things before losing powers completely.

using the half-dragon template, 7-10! could you explain this one?

You use it during character creation and it's something the player does, not the character, so why would it make the character evil, especially if it's a metallic half-dragon?

I don't happen to like that template much. I had a player that had 10 hp ac 23 and a 1/day breath weapon that dealt 6d6 (8?) and ,failing a DC 20 or so save, blinded him for 1d4 (2d4?) rounds. The other player (a paladin of freedom) was in ottowa.

That was a lame joke I made.

It must get harder to gain points or loose points

For example this way I can be as good as an angel by just spending(:P) about 1000gp.

Another thing:
İf was born as a half-gold-dragon what is the thing what makes me evil. Is that instincts? Or does instincts of a half-gold-dragon tell to commit evil acts?

Maybe the aligment system should be done in the way experience system is. Justlike it gets harder to lvl up as you lvl up; it gets harder to be good as you are good.

Usual habbits must not make someone more evil or more good.

As I said that's a dumb joke due to the fact that a half-dragon charecter had 10 hp and could deal 6d8. Find a monster that can take that but not kill him in 1 round.

So no it won't.

as for that other Idea...

.....................................Cur rent Alignment............................... .....

I like the way that sounds. "One player was a half-dragon, the other was in Ottowa." Just sounds so random. . .

Now, as to this chart, I like it except for one thing: the formatting.
Action -------------Current Alignment-------------
----------- 100-80 79-60 59-41 40-21 20-0
Very Good +1 +4 +6 +8 +10
Mid Good +1 +2 +4 +6 +8
Low Good +1 +1 +2 +4 +6
Low Evil -6 -4 -2 -1 -1
Mid Evil -8 -6 -4 -2 -1
Very Evil -10 -8 -6 -4 -2
Should Very Good for 100-80 be the same as Very Evil for 20-0?

I like. I might steal it for a game where I want a slightly more mechanical feel.

KOTOR is a Star Wars game. The Dark side is apparently harder to risist...

You could just switch the -2 to a -1.

How did you make the chart so nice?

thats a lot better.

Ah, okay, didn't know if that was the way it was supposed to be or if it was a typo.

I typed it up in Notepad and used [ code ] [ /code ] tags.
