First time poster so go a little easy

My group and I were talking of doing an Evil PC game (using a lot of stuff from the Book of Vile Darkness) and one thing that came up was Vows and how there was really no equivalent for evil characters. So we began to think of "Pacts"; polar opposite of Vows, you make a pact to a greater evil that you would do an evil act as a way of life and you would receive a bonus.

The whole idea is that people would become better at what they did but were then forced to do it forever.

For example:

Infernal Pact: You contact Great being of Evil for personal power
Requirements: Evil Alignment
Benefit: +2 Intimidate
Special: Required to take all other pacts

Pact of Hoarding: You promise to hold your wealth in an iron death grip forever
Requirements: Infernal Pact, personal wealth of 10,000 gp
Benefit: (don't know yet, something to do with being paranoid, maybe a hefty bonus to spot and listen, suggestions?)
Special: you may never willingly part with any personal possession, personal wealth or cast a beneficial spell on another that has a material component. if you willingly break this Pact your wealth will disappear, stolen by the powers that you went into agreement with.

Pact of Deceit: You promise to Never tell truths and are given power by the lords of deceit.
Requirements: Infernal Pact, 5 ranks in Bluff
Benefit: You get a +3 Bluff, in addition you become Completely immune to detect Evil, zone of truth or any ofter spell, spell-like ability or supernatural ability that discerns lies or alignment.
Special: You can never tell the truth to anyone but your closest allies. (originally it was never but I decided it would make it too hard to group dynamics as in people would never talked to him because they knew he always lied.) (I still need a bad side for breaking this, something really suitable)

Anyways, this was just the start, i was thinking of a "pact of madness", something about having to hurt an innocent everyday followed by a "Pact of Insanity", where you need to kill in cold blood with no benefit to yourselves to keep the powers. (as opposites to the vow of nonviolence and vow of peace)

Any suggestions would be welcome, also if this is else where a link would be welcome

Thankyou

Some spot and listen boni alone aren't enought to compensate for never to be able to buy something,or use projectile weapons and that he must carry everything he owns with him.I would add the dwarven ability to not be slowed down by their load and a sleight of hand bonus.
