Kurama Youko 05-05-05, 06:30 PM	Okay, Here is the problem. My thoughts are not always clearly when it comes to interpreting rules. So under Debilitating Aura where it says. "This ability otherwise functions like aura of courage." do they mean it grants allies near me a bonus to their will saves vs fear effects and I immune to fear as well?
HailSpork 05-05-05, 06:41 PM	The wording is unclear, but it's fairly obvious to me that it's a replacement ability, not a supplemental. If it were a supplement, it would be there in addition to aura of courage or be worded "This functions exactly like aura of courage except that in addition to the bonuses against fear,..." From a balance perspective, it also wouldn't make sense to give the aura the abilities of both.
Utric Aelnoth 05-05-05, 06:42 PM	I would assume it means that nearby foes get the penalty to AC, essentially the opposite to the Paladin's effect (bonus on allies)
