I have a half drow character, who has taken all 3 levels of Paragon Half-elf. It says that i am now elligible to take any PrC class allowed to humans and elves. Now my question is am i allowed to take Para Elf or Para Drow or my choice? Also, if I take Para elf it gives a 30 foot range boost to low light vision. Since my chraracter has darkvision would i also gain low light as well(out to 30 foot)?

I'd say you were allowed to take Human paragorn levels or Drow Paragorn levels, since you do not quite have the blood of the ordinairy elf coarsing through your veins.

As to your second question, it says it improves your low-light vision - if you don't have it, it won't get improved. Which is all the more reason for you to consider taking the Drow paragorn levels.

Yes, you can take levels in either Elf paragon, or Drow paragon. But only one.

Elf para gains Elfsight +4 on spot and search checks. Also Low light increases to 3 times as far as a human in starlight and etc..

Paragons arent' PrCs from what I could gather, they are just special racial-specific classes. Sorta like Savage Species progressions or something. The fact that you can take them at first level hints to that too I think.

Stuff.

You can take them at first level. I didn't read that must have missed it.
