With Reserve points, I am a little unclear if this is a PC's only feature.

Wheter or not this is a pc only feature , how would regeneration take effect on regaining RP?

It seems logical that Regen would affect RP.

I was thinking of allowing regen to heal a number of RP per hour then per day. This would increase it usefulness/ deadliness.

A troll / vampire could be very viscious with rp.

Normally this shouldn't be an issue. Any foes the PCs encounter would be defeated in the space of the encounter, and not have minutes to recover hp.

However, *I* would say it is a "PC and important villains only" thing. Or, to mirror Vitality Points, it applies only to PC-type character classes, and monsters. NPC-type classes and normal humanoids wouldn't get reserve points.

I would treat Fast Healing as extended magical healing: heals reserve points after normal hp have been restored. Regeneration I would treat as magical healing: restores <rating> reserve points per hp regenerated, then reserve points until fully restored.

IMC, only the fighter class will have reserve points, equal to the hit points gained as a fighter. Characters with Great Fortitude gain 5 reserve points, and Toughness grants 10.
