darkhellion21 07-05-06, 11:11 AM	I have been working on a campaign that I'm DMing for a group of my friends and I recently ran into a problem. I allowed one of my PCs to have an intermediate Air Elemental Bloodline and I have been unable to figure out how they are able to get Flyby Attack at 20th level. Unearthed Arcana doesn't list them as receiving a flight speed (which is required for the feat), and I don't know if just giving them a normal Air Elemental flight speed (100 ft, Perfect) would be reasonable. Any help would be appreciated.
Morwen 07-05-06, 12:17 PM	Basically, they're getting a feat without needing to meet the prerequisites. They won't get any use out of the feat unless they get a fly speed one way or another (for instance by being the target of a fly spell). Giving them a fly speed for free would be very overpowered.
Darth Sephiroth 07-05-06, 02:19 PM	I'd swapped it for a 3/day use of Fly as a spell like ability.
