I'm going to buy a couple new books soon and want to know a little more in-depth info about UA. I'm mainly looking for stuff that I can include into my campaign to make it better. So I have a few questions.

Are there any cool feats or variants and other stuff to give fighters a boost in power?

Are there anything for lycanthropes? Dragons? Sorcerors?

What stuff really stands out as "hell yeah thats frigging awsome?"

Any other stuff worth mentioning?

This book is filled with variants, so it is very good book if the basic rules doesn't fulfil all your expectations to the Game..

It is my opinion that this is the fourth book a DM should buy.

UA, the stuff worth mentioning:

1.)Racial Paragon Classes. My DM allows taking levels in these. Great RP stuff.

2.) Paladin Variants!!!! My DM also allows these!!! Paldins of Freedom, the other white meat. :ayyyy!:

3.)Gestalt.

4.) Weapon Group Feats and Spelltouched Feats.

There is a lot that we don't use, but the above made it worth the price. :)

to put it simply, gestalt characters are power house

u create a character but u use 2 classes and every time u gain a level, u gain the best BAb, best save and all special abilities and spell

It isnt as bad as it sounds Gestalt is balanced in its context... it is very similar to 2nd Ed multi-classing

Agreed. In fact, Unearthed Arcana specifically states that gestalt characters are far too powerful to be used in a campaign with non-gestalts. Essentially, the recommendation is to run the gestalt variant as an all or nothing arrangement. If you use it, EVERYBODY - PCs and NPCs alike - must be gestalt or the game gets broken quickly.

And yes, it is nearly identical to the demihuman multiclassing option presented in AD&D 1st and 2nd Editions.

Remember that in a gestalt campaign, the majority of important npc's and most villains should also be gestalt characters.

It's true that if everything is gestalt, the game keep balance, but we prefer not to use this variant,as it is alot of trouble to create vilains and most npc as gestalt and to keep in mind evyrypower for each of them

If only the PCs and the uber-bady are gestalt, the game feels very DBZ.
