How can you turned those phobia into character Flaws?

12-16-05, 11:37 AM Sure; just say that a character must succeed on a Will save versus a fear effect or suffer the consequences; if you can, I suggest you read the variant fear effect rules found in the 2nd issue of the Campaign magazine (which had some pretty great material)!
