I propose that sorcerors gain bonus spells in the same amount of bonus slots they would get because of a high Cha. They still aren't as Versitile as Wizards( who can change thier spell lists ) but they can hold thier own in more places My question is- does this boost the Sor to much? |

This does not work with the Recharge Magic variant, which only uses spells known (or spells prepared, in the case of non-spontaneous casters). BalancedOne, if you do allow sorcerers to learn bonus spells known based on their charisma, remember to mark them as such on the character sheet in case of ability damage. The alternative is to not allow wizards (and other prep. casters) not to gain bonus spells prepared from high ability scores either. |
