I have a few of questions about "Recharge Magic".
First, If a wizard prepars more than one Teleport, could he or she use them both right after each other? If not, this could be a problem for a spell like "Phantom Steed" where one just isn't going to be enough. But the loss of choices could be significant.

Next, if the metamagic version of a spell increases it's recharge time to over 24 hours, does it still take more than 24 hours, or does it cap off at 1 day?

If you highten teleport to another level, would that be enough to cast two in a row? If you have a 5th, 6th, and 7th slot, could you highten two of them to different levels?

Thanks,

No. Because recharge magic functions much like spontaneous magic, you never prepare a spell more than once. Once you cast a spell, you cannot cast any spell of that level until the recharge period passes. Teleport has a long recharge time to prevent it being used as a mass transport spell.

Plan a head and create magic items.

It takes how long it says it takes. If more than 24 hours, it takes more than 24 hours.
