| lostone03-14-05, 07:48 PM | I found the Reducing Level Adjustments in Unearthed Arcana, but was curious what happens if, for example, someone is playing a drow half-dragon. Drow has a +2 LA, half-dragon has +3 LA. So would you go off the reducing level adjustments table as +5 (buying off 1 level at level 15) or figure each seperately (buy off a level at 6, 9, 9, 15, 18 I think they were)? I figure going as +5 makes the most sense, but was wondering if there was any official errata on it, or if it is even in the book and I missed it (IDHTBWM or I'd check that myself). |

Still, another question is what happens if a LA creature (perhaps a Tiefling or Drow) acquires a template down the line through one of various means? If they've already bought off some of their previous level adjustment, how would that play out? |
