scions, good or bad? [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-06-04, 02:32 AM I like them too because they allow us to do more things that we have seen and read in cinema and literature. Take a certain anime called Inu Yasha and write there two of the character's are battle scions.

The more traditional battle scion archetype would be king Arthur with his Excalibur.

03-06-04, 06:11 AM Scions are great. I'd like to see more variety though, and I have to say it would take a very specific campaign for that to happen.

03-15-04, 08:23 AM I am writing many things, and translating them into D&D language, from Yu Yu Hakusho. One of these things I'm doing involves said Scions. I'm working on a fiendish scion of sorts. I'll post it here when I'm done.
