Second, put all the Knowledge skills in one skill, Lore. You put skillpoints into Lore. However, since characters have different priorities, you chose two Lore skills which you get +2, two which you get -2, two which you get -4 and two which you get -8. Open Lock and Disable Device is put into one skill. If you want, you can chose to only take one and gain +1 bonus for every four levels. |

If you combined Knowledge into one single skill called Lore, and then dismantle it back into differentiated types of lore... how did you change it other than enforcing that some of the types of knowledge you have to cripple yourself over... and changing its name to 'lore'? Again, if Open Lock and Disable Device are now one skill, how can I choose one or the other? Either make changes to the skills or don't. You're just muddying them up. |
| Sylian12-04-06, 03:21 AM | You would only have to spend skill points into one skill. If one would want to only be able to Open Locks and not Disable Device, you can do it, but I wouldn't. |
