Spell Point System? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-31-06, 05:28 PM Has anyone ran the spell point system? how does it cross with other casters like the dread necromancer, or the warlock, or any other caster that is not a core class? any suggestion would be helpful.

10-31-06, 05:59 PM It's arcane psionics. I'd just pair up spell point progression with HD and go from there.

11-01-06, 08:55 AM its a fair system, though i think it powers things up a bit, since it allows casters more versatility in spell casting.

the warlock wouldnt use spell points at all, and if youve read the class im sure that would be fairly obvious... since all of its abilities are spell-like abilities, not spellcasting ones.
