Yes, I am interested in using the spell point system in my campaign. I understand the rules for casters who had to normally prepare there spells. But, for the sorcerer, i'm a bit lost. In one of the variants under the spell point system, the Unearthed Arcana suggests letting the sorceror to cast one additional spell per day for ever spell level except his higest. This is done because the other spell casters gain the freedom the sorceror already has, and thus needs something to up it's power. Example:A 1st level sorceror would be able to cast one more additional 0-level spell per day, and a 6th level sorcerer would be able to cast an additional 0, 1st, and 2nd level spell. Now, it doesn't mention any extra spell points, which is how you could cast your spells per day. The only thing I can think of, is that it meant spells known per day. That would make sense to me, but it doesn't actually say spells per day. Any help please?
