Ok, before The Koga gets into splatbook classes, (Because personaly The Koga has desgined a world using mostly only non-core rulebook base classes with the exseption of a spell-less paladin/ranger..) He will show you his spellpoint system which balances out the classes in hopes of bring balance, fairness, and equality to your gaming table. And tell The Koga what you think..

Psionics:
We don't take psionic classes into consideration, though it's perfectly alright for every feats involving psionics to be considered a [Supernatural] feat in which the wizard can take using his bonus feats, any magick-casting class can take, or a character that has Wild Talent. All things pertaining to powerpoints are converted into spell-points. And "psionic focus" is replaced with "Meditation" that requires 1 spell-point reserved.

Spell costs:
All spells cost a number of spellpoints equal to the spell's level +1. So a level 0 spell costs 1 spellpoint and a level 9 costs 10 spellpoints, get it?

Spontanous casting:
All casters can now cast spontanously. It just seems appropiate.

Clerics:
Clerics have a special ruling, when they choose thier diety, they gain all the domains of thier chosen diety at 1st level, or, alternatively, they may become a "philsopher" and choose any 2 domains at 1st level. Philosophers can build combo stradegies and have more versatility, but true worshippers of patheons get more brunt domain power..

Spellpoints at levels appropiate:
Casters gain an extra amount of spell-points at 1st level depending on thier casting stat. (For instance a druid at 1st level has a wisdom of 18 so he gains an additional +4 spell-points.) They gain an amount of spell-points each level as noted below..
Druid: 2 spellpoints per level.
Paladin/Ranger: 2 spellponts per level. (Assuming you play the varaint with spells..)
Cleric: 3 spellpoints per level.
Wizard: 4 spellpoints per level.
Bard: 5 spellpoints per level.
Sorcerer: 7 spellpoints per level.

Well, what do you think? :)

No offence, but why not just use the system in Unearthed Arcana?
