I just got HoH and was thinking about converting the corrupt spells into something more like incantations. My only problem is the appropriate reduction in check DC for a backlash component that confers Taint upon you. Also, even though it's sort of a side note, I'd like to have some simple/utilitarian incantations for use by my players. This would mean they have no XP/gp or other drastic backlash components but don't really accomplish a whole lot in the grand scheme of things. Mostly these changes are for flavor, since at least half of my players play Arcane spellcasters. Final Note: Is there an Incantation Compendium thread anywhere? Can I get a link to it? I really like the flavor of these things but don't really have so much time to burn on creating them.
