Taint for Higher-Level Starting Characters [Archive] - Wizards Community

01-17-07, 10:29 PM		I'm going to be entering a game which uses the taint mechanic (HoH version). This game has apparently been going on for a while, and the PCs are at level 11. I'm supposed to play an arcane spellcaster, and I think I'm gonna go for a Necropolitan Dread Necro/Tainted Scholar.

The problem is, I don't know how to figure out my taint scores. I know that as an undead, I get some automatic taint, but other than that I'm lost. Does anyone know how to calculate taint for higher-level characters?
