crowclub 07-23-06, 04:43 AM	Has anyone use Bloodlines with Vow of Poverty? What class were you playing? How about Dragon Shaman plus VoP plus Bloodline (Cha based)?
Serin Ghar 07-23-06, 07:14 AM	I once played a Swashbuckler VoP character with a Moderate Dragon Bloodline (Gold, I believe -- its been a while). It worked out pretty well. He made it to level 15 without problems. The DM ruled that the Bloodline level counted as a level to get the benefits of VoP, which is believe is the rule anyway. I never played a Dragon Shaman so I wouldn't know how it would work with that. VoP works well if the class doesn't rely on a lot of magic items (and is not a bard... a friend of mine played one of those and complained to high heaven that she had run out of exalted feats to take for the character). Dragon Shaman of what I know about it is a lot like having a free (and better) Dragon Bloodline. You could probably just go without one... unless you're going for a different bloodline like Fey or the like. Giant is a waste as you could easily take the Half-Giant race and get most of the benefits and more with the same hit to your levels.
