| AAB06-18-07, 05:52 PM | okay, so my group doesn't really like the magic system in DnD. they all want to be warrior-type classes, but i don't know how to let them stand a chance at survival. i was thinking that i'd let them heal their full HP with a night's rest, but i don't know how else to keep them from dying. any suggestions? |

| prozacman06-18-07, 08:13 PM | in one game, as a joke we made healing potions free. But jars were nearly impossible to find. you could make it a low magic world, where healing potions are incredibly cheap. or you could make them go gather chickens to get a jar for the free potions |

| Illithid_Tentacles06-20-07, 06:07 PM | Tome of Battle. Excellent suggestion. Among other things, one of the disciplines (Whtie Raven, I beleive) has maneuvers that recover HP for the character using them and his allies. |
