Most servile greetings to all honourable members of these boards,

Is it me or is there no drawback associated to the UA 'domain wizard' (which you will find here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#paladinVaria ntsFreedomSlaughterAndTyranny)) ?

It seems there is no reason not to take it. Did I miss something ?
what do you think of it ?

Thanks in advance,
Gino

Yes, the domain wizard is superior to a regular wizard in every way.
Frankly, there should be some loss to counter the gain, such as being unable to cast spells from an oppositely aligned domain, ie. cold if you chose fire, or maybe losing a class feature, such as the ability to gain a familiar, or the scribe scroll feat at first level or something.
