This was introduced on the DND-L, but the discussion drifted off to other topics, so I thought I'd try it here. What rules from Unearthed Arcana are you going to be using in your campaign? Here's my list:

Environmental Racial Variants (UA 5-15): Nothing new here. I've been using my own variant of these rules for years, and they're surprisingly close to what is in UA.

Bloodlines (UA 19-31): Why not? The mechanics are sound. This system is actually going to replace crossbreeds (you want elvish blood, take a bloodline).

Variant Character Classes (UA 48-56): Most of these will be permitted. Totem barbarians fit perfectly with an idea I've had for quite a while. Divine and savage bards may be common in certain cultures. Monk fighting styles will become mandatory. I don't use alignments anymore (I've switched to Allegiances, from d20 Modern), but if I did, I'd add to the Paladin variants to make Paladin of Honor (LG), Paladin of Virtue (NG), Paladin of Freedom (CG), Paladin of Judgment (LN), Paladin of Discord (CN), Paladin of Tyranny (LE), Paladin of Malediction (NE), and Paladin of Slaughter (CE). I've also had ideas similar to the urban ranger and the wilderness rogue for quite some time now.

House Rule: Spontaneous Domain Casting (UA 64): This is old hat in my campaign as well. It replaced Spontaneous Cures shortly before the advent of 3.5E.

Class Feature Variants (UA 65-69): The only ones I'd consider permitting from here are Favored Enemy Variant: Favored Environment, Rage Variant: Whirling Frenzy, Turning Undead Variant: Planar Banishment, Wild Shape
Variant: Aspect of Nature. Favored Environment may actually end up replacing Favored Enemy entirely IMC, Whirling Frenzy is appropriate for certain barbarian tribes, Planar Banishment is an alternate form of turning for clerics of certain deities, and Aspect of Nature will remain optional for druids.

Prestigious Character Classes (UA 70-72): Again, the paladin and ranger have been prestige classes in my campaign for some time now. The paladin class has been replaced by the champion, a holy warrior dedicated to a particular deity, but it's still a prestige class and with the exception of a few powers, it's pretty much the same. The ranger is an elite guerilla fighter in my campaign.

House Rule: Adding a Favored Class (UA 100): I use favored classes, so this seems like a good idea.

Armor as Damage Reduction (UA 111-112): Been using this for some time, ever since it was hinted at in the Shadowchasers preview in Polyhedron.

Vitality and Wound Points (UA 115-119): Ditto.

Metamagic Components (UA 139-151): I like this idea a lot. I feel that it really adds a fantasy feel to the campaign.

House Rule: Metamagic and Sorcerers I (UA 140): Sounds fair and balanced, why not?

Legendary Weapons (UA 162-170): Been using it since I got Artifacts of the Ages, in which it originally appeared.

Item Familiars (UA 170-174): Another great idea that my players love, so I'm including it.

Contacts (UA 179-180): I used to have this as a feat, but I've decided to use this system.

Reputation (UA 180-185): I just like this idea.

Test-Based Prerequisites (UA 210-213): Another something I've been doing for a bit already.

I'm specifically using the vitality points system, the character traits/flaws, and craft points. I'm in the middle of a campaign and don't want to disrupt things too much.

I have opened up most of the other stuff in the book for the characters. I think one is interested in taking the legendary weapon PRC, but other than that, I haven't seen too much specific interest.

I have already banned both the item familiars and spelltouched feats.

Taint, insanity, honor, craft points, incantations, item familiars, vitality/wound points... um... pretty much everything I can cram into my game! Gestalts too.

No wait, GONNA use, not using.

I'm pondering some crazy promotional class system, inspired by the gestalt rules...

It'd go like, warrior, tainted warrior, anti-paladin, blackguard, death knight. Or sorcerer, tainted sorcerer, necromancer, deathwalker, lich.

Oh, I'm just crazily rambling.

I'm currently using the Flat XP/CR system and I'm going to use the option rule for metagmagic feats where you can use them three times per day at the same spell level and without taking extra time. I'd make any of the class variants available for my players.

I particularly like the class varients for my campaign, as well as the injury system, facing, traits and flaws, and the insanity system.
I think there is no real reason not to use the flaw and trait system (particularly the latter) and that the insanity system tables are a bit frustrating, having many results that I will be forced to ignore due to the sheer awkwardness of it all.
I think the most valuable addenda to the 3.5 game is the class variients. It lends some flavor and (who would have thunk it possible) yet more ways to mechanically customize your character.

Here's what I'm using, all off the top of my head -

Buying off LA

Gestalt characters (although my only player refuses to have his character be a gestalt  )

Reputation

Spell points - I've never really liked the silly "Prepare spells" bit, and am going to modify all of those classes a bit.

Class varients - I really love the Urban Ranger. I might have to have my next character be one.

Prestige Paladin - It never made sense to me that you could apparently be good and holy right off the bat, but had to work your way to evil. In my opinon, it should actually be the other way around.

Varient Paladins

Armor as Damage Reduction

Paragons

Specialist Wizard varients - Makes it worthwhile to specilize

The Known Skills (Maybe - I'm going to see if it's okay with my player)

Incantations

Character Traits and Flaws

Spelltouched feats

Craft Points - But only the points, not the need of two feats for all weapons deal and such.

The second option of the Vitalizing Variant.

As of right now, that's it. I might use more later though.
