This is the first of 2 "telekinesis themed" psionic prc's that i've come up with, and I was hoping that you'd help me balance it a bit. This one needs the most work, so I decided to post it first.

Will Manifest (a monk-psion prc that revolves around 2 big hands. Think master hand and the bigbys hand spell line)
Prereq's: manifester level 3, still mind class feature, must know control object, sense link, bolt and far hand, 9 ranks in concentration, 6 ranks in knowledge psionics, 6 ranks in autohypnosis, wis 15, and int 15
Skills: (I haven't decided on them yet. I was thinking mostly monk skills with a couple psion skills)

Stats- 10 levels, d6 HD, 3/4 BAB progression, Good Will save progression, +1 manifester evey odd level, and +1 monk level every even level for determining unarmed attack damage and the flurry of blows ability.

Level 1-Will Manifest (small)
- At 1st level you gain the ability to manifest extensions of your will, two psionic “hands” created from stray ectoplasm. These floating disembodied hands mimic the movements of your hands, allowing you to make certain checks, attack, and manipulate objects. However, they require full attention to manipulate.

- The hands each have hp equal to your normal undamaged total, have ac 10 +1 natural + dexterity modifier +your wisdom modifier +1 size. Their strength score is equal to your intelligence score plus your Will Manifest Level. Their dexterity score is equal to yours. They can move to anywhere in your vicinity with a 50 ft. move speed (flight, perfect). However, they disappear if they move outside of the abilities range, 10 ft. +5 ft/manifester level. Your “hands” can be attacked and dealt damage, but never provoke attacks of opportunity. Your “hands” take up space and have reach as small creatures. They are immune to most non-damage effects, and are creatures with the construct type. They cannot push through a wall of force or enter a null-psionics field, but they still suffer the damaging effects of coming into contact with certain magical barriers. The hands make saving throws as their creator.

- You can attack opponents with your “hands” as well, dealing damage with an unarmed attack equal to a Large monk of your effective monk level. You can attack using your flurry of blows attack routine with your hands as well, as long as there is a creature within your hand’s reach. If a hand has to move more than 5 ft. to attack an opponent, that hand can only attack once for the round. You attack using your base attack bonus + your hand’s strength modifier + 1 size. You can make charge attacks with your “hands,” and perform other maneuvers, such as trip, disarm, etc. It is also possible to attack with weapons, wielding them with your “hands.” They each wield weapons as large creatures, and it is possible for them to work together and wield a 2-handed weapon. However, you suffer all the normal penalties for non-proficiency, and you attack with non-monk weapons at your normal attack rate. You can use one or both of your hands as an interposing shield, giving you a +1 cover bonus to your ac and half the total bonus rounded down to reflex saves until your hands move elsewhere or perform another action. This improves if you manifest bigger hands, +2 each at medium, +4 each at large and huge.

- You can manifest your “hands” a number of times per day equal to your wisdom modifier plus your will manifest level. Each manifest lasts a number of rounds equal to your manifester level plus your constitution modifier. It takes a full round action to manifest them, and you can dismiss them as a free action. When manifesting your hands you cannot spend more pp on them than you have manifester levels.

- At 4th level, you can manifest Medium hands instead of small ones by spending 4 additional power points. Your hand’s strength score improves by 4 and it’s natural armor improves by 1. Your hands damage improves by 1 size category and they can wield weapons as if they were huge creatures.
- At 7th level, you can manifest large hands instead of small ones by spending 6 additional power points. Your hands strength score improves by 8 and its natural armor improves by 2. Your hands damage improves by 2 size categories and they can wield weapons as if they were gargantuan creatures. These hands also gain the constrict (ex) and improved grapple (ex) abilities, dealing damage equal to their unarmed attack damage.
- At 10th level, you can manifest Huge hands instead of Small ones by spending 8 additional power points. Your hands strength score improves by 12 and their natural armor improves by 3. Your hands damage improves 3 size categories and they can wield weapons as if they were colossal creatures. These hands have the constrict (ex) and improved grapple (ex) abilities, and can perform a Swat (ex) attack, where creatures in a 15 ft. by 15 ft. square must make a reflex save DC 20 + the hand’s strength modifier or take unarmed strike damage and be prone. Creatures that save (or have improved evasion) take half damage and are not prone. It takes a standard action to do this attack, can be done with one or both hands, but areas where the hands overlap do not effect creatures twice.

Level 2: Channeled stun- Your understanding of and the control of your “hands” improves. You can make stun attacks through your “hands,” just as if they were unarmed strikes.

Level 3: Channeled Ray- Your connection between yourself and you “hands” strengthens. Now, when you manifest ray or touch attacks, you can choose to have your “hands” as the origin of the power.

Level 5: Durable Will- The duration of your Will manifest ability improves by 5 rounds, and all your hands manifested gain 5/- damage reduction

Level 6: Ignite Will- During any round you have your “hands” manifested, you can spend 4pp to ignite the outer layer of constituent ectoplasm with any either fire, electricity, cold or sonic damage for 1 round. Your hands do an additional 1d6 (or 1d4 in the case of sonic, which ignores hardness) damage of the chosen element on attacks made during the round, and opponents that attack them with a natural attack take the same amount of damage. While opponents that attack with melee weapons don’t take damage, their weapons do. You can improve this damage by spending 4 additional pp per die of damage. You cannot spend more power points on this in a round than you have manifester levels.

Level 8: Undetectable Will- When you manifest your “hands” you can spend an additional 5 pp to give them improved invisibility for the duration of that manifestation. However, you always know where they are.

Level 9: Detached will- When you manifest your “hands” you can invest some of your intellect into them so that they can act on their own, albeit on your order. For the duration of the power, you lose 4 intelligence (your hand’s strength scores are effected by this decrease). Your hands are able to attack and perform actions on their own. They can make a single unarmed attack per round. They can work together to wield a 2-handed weapon and attack together. If they do, they can make 2 attacks, albeit at a -2 penalty. This leaves you to do whatever you choose, such as manifest powers, attack, move around, etc. You can redirect the actions of your “hands” as a move action.

Isn't this the wrong board for this? PrC should go on either the PrC board or the class board.
