Anyone know of any +0 or +1 creatures with fly?

In the Savage Species they have a Winged Template that you can add to any creature. It gives a +2 LA to the creature. So a Winged Human would be a +2 LA character. It also gives a DEX and WIS boost.

Wait, is it +0 or +1, or +1 or +2?
And do you mean LA +#? Because +0 by itself don't make sense.

Anyway, there is the Raptorian from Races of the Wild, LA +0, and it has a fly speed that improves as the race gains hit dice.
There's also the "Winged Creature" template from Savage Species. LA +2, and the flight speed is fixed (but varies according to the character)
Edit-Darn, got beaten on the Winged template.

Would it make you feel better if i said a creature with +1 LA creature or less?
Or a creater with only a plus one modifier or no level modifier at all?

Quick answer: no... no direct level (+0) creatures that can fly, as the ability to fly IS a +1 level adjustment.
