| Ertai Planeswalker07-25-07, 01:13 PM | I always try to give my PC's and NPC's a specific style or angle in their abilities. Usually i just find a cool ability or 'thing to do' and then build a character around it. The more it goes off the beaten path, the better imo. So let's see what we can come up with! Post a character concept and a few words on how to work out the theme. 1.: Weapon Spell character: This is a full- or halfcaster character that designs his own spells to produce or enhance weapons with specific effects. Spells like Thunderlance and Prismatic Bow fit this character's theme, but also stuff like Spectral Ballista or Conjure Catapult make this type of character unique. |

Result: The most Ebil tank ever, without armor. Downside: Weak against spells. 3: Shy Rogue: A rogue/shadowdancer that uses shadow jump, hide in plain sight and some skill tricks (don't remember exactly which ones) to continuously leave enemies clueless as to where he is, as well as giving sneak attack opportunities (yes, part of this could've been replaced by invisibility spells but I found this more fun.. and it's true-seeing, see invisibility etc.-proof) |
