The PCs are the main characters of the story, that's a fact. Howerver, they can't be the only heroes in the world, otherwise all the bad guys would have to do would be to attack where the PCs weren't. So who holds the line while the PCs are out actually figuring everything out? Background is more imprtant than stats, but having both would be good. I'd like it to be in the same format as the 1001 BBEGs thread.
