1. Roll stats with the 4d6, reroll one's power gamer style.

2. Don't watch said rolls so everyone in the game has 4 18's a 16 and thier lowly 8 charisma.

3. Make Charisma the "useless" game skill. "Toe-meh-gawd my 6cha human fighter is like super hot, and gets all the girls, and is the greatest leader."

4. Don't enforce (or at least encourage) roleplay

5. Force you to have a cleric/druid ect in the group. "Hello idiot no healer, give us a few more potions as treasure.

6. Make up rules to cover situations in game that have printed easily understandable rules if you read the damn books!

7. Use splat books, before they know what the core books even say.

8. Try and use splat books they don't have access to.

9. Change the rules in the PHB cause something is overpowered. (Had a GM tell me Combat reflexes no longer lets you have AoO before your first initiave count. Like hello we were level 30. We're supposed to kill the kings elite level 17 guards in half an attack action.)

10. Doesn't know how to compute spell save DC's.

11. Make elitist posts about how others run their games, games that have no affect on your life because you're neither required to run them nor play in them.

12. DMs who try to 'beat' the players instead of letting the players feel like they won and take pleasure in that victory.

13. Kind of what the other guy said about changing rules -- I dont' like it when I see DMs removing, nerfing or otherwise disregarding spells and abilities in "their game" because they lack the patience and experience to properly use them (I had to ban teleport because my players were constantly teleporting away instead of dying!!!)

14. DMs who want to know how to force the players into playing the game they want to play, instead of trying to let the players guide the course of the game through their own actions.

What a stupid thing to say. My group does that and there's not a power gamer among us. Sure one of the guys always makes fighters or clerics, but he loves to play that type of character. They're all great roleplayers and are usually only overpowered when I make a stupid ruling on allowing/changing a feat.

Trolls...

I hate when other DM's have trolls hanging around at bridges with nothing better to do than troll for bait.

Ug...I hate that.

I hate trolls.

Why does my elitist, perfectly crafted DM guy have to always have trolls?
