If I posted this in the wrong place, then please move it. Sorry, but I'm still very new.

Anyways. My question is: Has anyone used any 2nd Ed.campaign materials in their campaign? How do you convert character kits? Do you make them into new basic classes or tweak 'em a bit to make them in to prestige classes?

You see, I just picked up the Crusades Campaign Sourcebook from my local shop and I'm really excited to start a new campaign with it. (At least one of my players has agreed to start one.) The problem is the Character Kits. I never played 2nd Ed. but I have a general idea of what they are.

Thanks.

Prestige classes *are* the kits for 3.5. You start with your core classes, and then train into one of those if you desire. If you look hard enough, I'm positive there's a class/PrC that follows what you wanna do with a specific kit.
